AVM’s annual promo calendar was aimed at their travel industry clients and followed a “destinations” theme. In 2018, I redesigned the calendar, updating the default stock layout with stronger branding elements and a more polished overall look. I also suggested including a monthly promo code—each valid only during its month—to encourage customers to keep the calendar year-round. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with more compliments from clients than in any previous year. The project required navigating frequent creative input from leadership, which made for a highly collaborative process and pushed me to find smart design solutions that balanced vision with function.
